WS (WORKSHOP) model is powered by any 12V vehicle or boat battery or 12VDC adapter. “Low input power” warning LED. To conserve energy, LEDs use full power only when measurements are taken. 

ME (Marine) model has internal rechargeable 1,5Ah 7,2V NiMH batteries providing up to 6 hours autonomy. Battery power is conserved by auto-switch-off 5 minutes after last being used and LEDs use full power only when measurements are taken. Recharge by connecting to a 12V vehicle / boat battery or 12VDC adapter. “Low battery” warning LED dual plus dual purpose “Charge” LED that indicates external power connected and recharging in progress.

Standard (and proven) features:

Four vertically arranged LED bars (40 LEDs in each bar) provide clear visuals (even in sunlight) of signals derived from solid state electronic pressure sensors.

“RPM” mode for essential adjustment of engine speed before and after synchronising. 2- or 4-stroke switch allows correct readings on both engine types. Flick the switch to check RPM on channel 1 and flick to VAC to display accurate vacuum readings.

“AVE” mode with 3 overlapping scale ranges 5-25, 20-40, 35-55 cm Hg for convenient & quick synchronising. Precise 0,5 cm Hg (mercury) resolution on all scales.

“DYN” mode with auto-ranging scale for immediate visual check why engine is difficult to synchronise. Check for non sealing inlet or exhaust valves, leaking manifold or restricted air intake.

Kit includes custom travel case, battery cord-set, T-connector & 2 full sets of unique “flexi-rigid” connection adapters.
